They answered right away, sent over a payment link to hold it, then kept us in the loop while we drove the two and a half hours over. Before we even pulled in they texted to confirm the part was waiting inside the office. Walked in, grabbed the part, got our printed receipt, and were back on the road in under five minutes. Friendly people there too—if we ever need another used car part, we'll definitely come back.

The whole staff acted like I was bothering them. Every time I asked for help, they’d just point me to someone else—who also looked like they’d rather be anywhere but there.
