I was merging onto the highway, and one of their drivers cut me off so hard I had to slam on my brakes. When I honked to avoid a crash, they flipped me off like I was the problem. Absolute road rage—these guys are a danger to everyone out there. ---
I used to go there all the time—no issues, no problems. Then one day, out of nowhere, they told me I wasn’t welcome anymore. Turns out they only want the big commercial haulers, not guys like me with a pickup full of scrap. Guess small-timers aren’t worth their time. ---
I saw the owner reset the scale to negative before I even put my stuff on it. That’s just shady. The warehouse smelled like something died in there, and when I brought my separated metals, they tried to lump everything together. I took my business elsewhere, and honestly, I’d tell anyone else to do the same. Feels like they’re running some kind of shady operation—hard to believe they call themselves American-owned. ---
We’ve been bringing our scrap to AIM for years, and they’re the only place in Philly that actually gets it right. They move tons of material for us every year, and they’re one of the few family-run yards that can handle big orders without messing it up. ---
The people here were actually nice and made me feel like I wasn’t wasting their time. I’ll be back next time I’ve got scrap to sell.
