iPull-uPull Auto Parts — Sacramento

Ugh, worst experience ever. Tried selling my car, and they acted like I was wasting their time. Every other place buys on the spot, but this one? Full inspection first, no exceptions. And their “customer service”? Nonexistent. Absolute garbage.

I’ve dealt with some bad businesses, but this place takes the cake. Their website is a mess—couldn’t find a single price list, and when I got there, they didn’t even have one on-site. What’s the point of hiding prices like that? And don’t get me started on their sales. They had a 40% off deal, but instead of showing the original price, they just slapped the discount on top. How am I supposed to know if it’s actually a good deal? The cashiers? Forget about it. They act like they’ve never set foot in a junkyard before. Maybe if they spent a day pulling parts in the rain, they’d understand why customers get frustrated. ---

Honestly, Bonny at the front desk made my whole trip worth it—she was just so warm and easy to talk to. The service here is always solid, and I keep coming back because the deals are actually worth it. This weekend they had everything at 50% off, and I got exactly what I needed without driving all over town. Couldn’t ask for better convenience. ---

Got a message about a big sale—25% off tires and racks, 40% off alternators and starters. Showed up, and the tires I needed with torn rims? Nowhere to be found. Then at checkout, they hit me with “oh, the discount doesn’t apply.” Total bait-and-switch. If you’re gonna advertise a deal, at least follow through. ---

I was ready to leave a good review until I realized they’ll take any parts you bring in—no warning, no nothing. Policy, sure, but the girl who did it? Long nails, smelled like she’d been drinking, and acted like it was no big deal. I asked for a supervisor, and Brian handled it fine, but that girl needs to get her act together. A junkyard’s dangerous enough without someone half in the bag running around. ---

Stopped by for a single tire, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much—just a quick in-and-out. But the guys didn’t even make me pay to walk around and look, which was a nice surprise. They pointed me right to the tire section and dropped a bombshell: *everything* there is $10. I thought they were joking at first. Turns out, they weren’t. The tires were all neatly sorted by rim size, so I didn’t waste time digging through a mess. Found the exact one I needed—still had decent tread left—and walked out with it for $11.39. The staff was friendly, patient, and didn’t rush me at all. For that price and that kind of service? I’d be stupid not to send anyone here who needs a cheap tire.
