I called first thing Monday to ask about taking my mom’s car off our hands. Bree picked up and said she’d check with her boss and call back. Nothing. Tuesday morning I dialed again and Chris promised he’d follow up with Bree and get us an answer. Now it’s past five on Tuesday and still radio silence. I guess we’re not a priority. Looks like they copy-paste the same excuse to every bad review, even bothering to personalize their response. They want to see call logs—how convenient when they can’t even keep a simple record straight. Every negative review mentions Bree too, so something’s definitely off there. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually wants your business.

Grabbed some used parts there, hoping they’d hold up. Took all of three hours round trip. Didn’t hurt that the entrance had some cool artwork.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer—knew exactly which side mirror my sister’s car needed without us even asking. They bent over backward to make sure we left with the right part.

The staff was super helpful from the first call, and they actually keep the wiring harnesses intact on their used engines, which is rare. Most places just yank everything out. We’re definitely coming back next time we need parts.

The reviews here say it all—nobody gets a response, not even a simple “sorry” or “we’ll look into it.” They don’t bother acknowledging complaints, which tells you everything you need to know. I wouldn’t send anyone here, not even my worst enemy. ---

You’d think a business would at least pretend to care about their customers, but not this one. They don’t communicate, they don’t keep promises, and the whole experience was a mess. If you’re thinking about dealing with them, think twice—you might end up regretting it. ---

Ordered a part, gave them my card info and everything, and they just up and sold it to someone else without even telling me. No warning, no apology—nothing. Bri didn’t bother to say a word before it was gone. Now I’m out of luck, and honestly, I wouldn’t trust this place as far as I could throw it. If you hand over your money, don’t expect them to actually follow through. They’re shady, and I’d steer clear if I were you. ---

Bought a cab from them in April, but didn’t actually get it until August. When I got it home, my husband pointed out the roof was bent—turns out they’d been lifting it by the top, which is the weakest part. Of course it bent. I called them to say it was damaged, sent pictures from every angle, but they never answered. Now I’m stuck with a $550 cab I can’t even use, and they won’t take responsibility. Not a single call or text back. I’ll make sure no one I know ever steps foot in that place.

Hands down, one of the best places to get parts in North Mississippi. The people are great—friendly when you call, even better in person. Prices are fair, and you’ll usually find the best deal there. The parts themselves? Solid quality. If you’re a mechanic or a dealer, you won’t go wrong here. ---
