Got a newer engine and transmission from them today. Both are LKQ and ship free out of Texas, plus they come with a six-month warranty. I had the option to add another six months for $500 more which felt steep, but we'll see if it craps out before the first period ends. What I really liked was they tracked down a 2025 engine and transmission with only 13,000 miles from the same vehicle, way better than I expected so I can't complain. They've always treated me well in the past too—clean showroom and the staff really know their stuff, easy to work with.

If I could, I'd give this place zero stars. Placed an order for a part and was told Wednesday, no show. Then promised Thursday, didn't happen. Promised Friday but front desk wouldn't answer the phone. Drove over and they didn't have it. They said Monday. Finally had it Monday, put it in only to find it almost as noisy as the one I yanked out. Called again and they said a replacement would be ready Monday morning so I took the day off to pick it up—of course it wasn’t there. Front desk lady is rude and can't be bothered. I won't risk another order for myself or work after six trips just to end up with a noisy dud. No follow-through, no respect for my time, and no apologies.

Nice spot, I like doing business with them.

Okay, so first off—**watch that left turn** after the train tracks. It’s a sharp one, and if you’re not paying attention, you’ll end up in the ditch. The dirt lot across from the tracks is where you park, but no overnight stays. Got there at 9 AM for an 8 AM–3 PM appointment (yeah, I know, running late). Parked in one of the docks, walked over to the office to check in. They let me pick between dock 7 or 8, opened the trailer doors, and even gave me the option to slide the tandems back if I needed to. Backed in, and honestly, the docking area’s tight—you just gotta do your best with the space you’ve got. By 10 AM, some guy from the office handed me my paperwork and said, *“You’re unloaded.”* And just like that, I was out the door. No fuss, no waiting around. Fast and simple.

Ordered a part online Tuesday, picked it up Thursday—no drama. The part looked solid, and the price was fair. Couldn’t ask for easier.

If I could give this place *zero stars*, I would. Ordered a part for my truck, showed up to grab it, and—surprise—wrong part. They reordered it, but when I came back, they said my order got canceled. And good luck trying to call the main desk—the number just rings and rings. Nobody answers.

These guys are alright. They’ll crack jokes, laugh with you, and actually get you what you need. The only real downside? If they don’t have the part in stock, you’re out of luck. And yeah, the car *is* on-site, but you can’t just grab the part yourself—liability reasons. So call ahead, pay up front, and don’t expect to walk out with it the same day.

Bought an ATK motor from these people on 12/20/21. Big mistake. All I got was excuses and zero effort to fix the problem. Wake up, LKQ—your old customers are telling new ones exactly how little you care. Then, on 12/23, my cab’s been filling up with blue smoke every time I start it. Took it to GV Muffler on the 22nd, and the exhaust was fine. So today, I popped the hood when the smoke started pouring out the sides. Turns out, *every* gasket on this engine—including the rear main—is leaking oil. Do yourself a favor and **do not** buy anything from LKQ.
