Honestly, this might be the cleanest recycling spot I’ve ever been to. They even swept out my trailer after unloading, which I *was not* expecting—usually, I dread these places, but this one was a breeze. The staff was friendly, the process was smooth, and I left feeling like I’d just won the lottery instead of dropping off scrap. ---
Got in and out fast—checked in at 6:45 AM, out by 7:45. Their drop-off hours are 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and the process is simple: park along the side of the road like the picture shows. You can even stay overnight, but don’t be that guy who leaves trash and piss bottles everywhere. When you pull up, there are signs with a number to call. The woman at the scale house will ask for your delivery number—it’s something like *xxxxxx-7-9*, where the last two digits are your delivery window (like 7:00–9:00 AM). She’ll either tell you to drive straight to the *right-side scale* if they’re ready or have you wait. Once you’re on the scale, she gives you a QR code slip—hand that to the forklift driver with your paperwork, they unload you, and on your way out, she signs your BOL at the scale. One warning, though: this is a recycling yard, so the dock area’s clean, but there’s *so much* junk that could pop your tires—watch where you drive. ---
Second time here, and it was just as smooth as the first. You *have* to call when you arrive with your delivery number—starts with 3045, last four digits are your time slot (like 8:00–10:00 AM). Some brokers say it’s first-come, first-served, but that’s not how it works here. Added a pic to help others out—hope it’s useful. ---
Fast unload, nice people, no hassle—what more do you want? Park all the way to the right where the pavement changes color by the scale. The scale itself is at the end of the road, left side. Just watch your tires in the scrap yard; stuff’s everywhere that’ll flatten them if you’re not careful. ---
In and out quick, but you’ve gotta buzz the call box on the left side of the gate first. Give them your truck info, and they’ll let you in. Then it’s scale, then docks on the left. I showed up at 8 AM thinking the gate was open, but it stays locked—if you’re here at night, just walk up around 7. Parking’s a dead-end street with "no parking" signs and potholes everywhere on the right shoulder. Once I got through the gate, though, they started unloading right away. Appreciate the efficiency!
