Stopped by to drop off some scrap metal and it was a smooth process. The woman running the scale was super friendly and explained everything clearly. The guy operating the grappler was careful with my trailer—didn’t rush or jerk it around. One thing they could improve is better signs for where different metals go, but other than that, no complaints. Went back a few months later with my old Ford pickup, and the crew was just as helpful. The younger guy on the skid steer was especially good—moved slow and steady, made unloading easy. Wanted to tip him for being so patient, but he’d already moved on by the time I was done. This place is different from other scrap yards I’ve been to. The workers actually care, and it shows. Management must be doing something right. ---

My friend lost her house in a fire, so we hauled two truckloads of scrap metal to M & M. First time at a scrap yard, and I was surprised by how good the service was. Ashley met us at the scale and walked us through everything step by step. When we pulled up to the steel pile, Brandon helped unload the truck bed and made sure we got down safely after tossing what we could. He didn’t hesitate to lift the heavier stuff for us. After the second load, Miah handled the payment—she was sweet and calm the whole time. The whole experience was way better than I expected. Thanks, M & M, for making a tough situation easier. ---
The loading dock entrance is a little tricky to navigate, but the person at the scale was really nice and gave clear directions. Only two docks available, though. There’s a restroom, but no overnight parking. They’ll load you out in under an hour.
Their copper prices are solid. Some of the lower-grade stuff isn’t as competitive, but overall, it’s a great place to recycle. They’re always fair with me—no back-and-forth, no haggling. The guys there work hard and will help however they can if you’ve got your paperwork in order. That’s why I keep coming back. ---
