My headlights had been acting up for weeks—tried everything, nothing worked. Walked in here, and they had it fixed in like five minutes flat. No nonsense, just got it done.

This place is a total nightmare—don’t bother unless you’re desperate. The guy running it has zero respect for customers, especially women. Twice, he yelled at me when I asked about my car, which he’d had for six months. He claimed he’d replaced my ECM but never actually touched the vehicle—just took my money and strung me along. My uncle had to step in before I realized I’d been scammed. Avoid at all costs. ---

I was passing through town when a state trooper suggested checking for a short in my bulbs. No one was available at first, but Naylor’s fit me in right away. They diagnosed and fixed the issue fast, and the whole experience was top-notch—professional, kind, and even the checkout area was spotless. Best auto repair service I’ve had in a while. ---

My headlight kept burning out, so my mechanic sent me here. Got in the same day, and they figured out the problem (a bad "pigtail") in minutes. Fixed it on the spot, even cleaned up my headlights while I waited. In and out in under 30 minutes—no fuss, no wait. These guys know what they’re doing. ---

Took my truck here twice, and both times, they didn’t finish the job. The last visit, they kept it for over a month before telling me to pick it up because they couldn’t fix it. I went in for electrical issues and a dead speedometer, but when I got it back, the brake light, ABS, and traction lights were all on. Took it to the dealership, and they charged me $700 to fix what Naylor’s messed up—loose bolts, zip-tied wires, and damaged connectors. Not worth the hassle. ---

Paid $540 to fix my headlight, and three days later, it died again. This has happened three times now. They keep saying it’s a "new issue," but it’s the same problem. Now they want more money, and I’m still stuck with a broken headlight. They call themselves electric specialists? Don’t waste your cash here.
