He usado OmniSource en Praire Ave. durante años para entregar todo mi metal precioso/chatarra.Hoy marca el fin de esa lealtad. Debido a UN empleado irrespetuoso llamado Chris. Chris está dentro, en la báscula de aluminio/cobre/latón. Sabes quién es Chris aunque no mires la placa. Chris será la persona que grita en el garaje, faltando al respeto a los clientes, y posiblemente a ti. Chris hablará mucho pero corregirlo es sencillo: recuérdale que por ti es que le pagan.Lo visité hoy. Hice todo como siempre y en segundos de bajar del vehículo fui irrespetado. Chris o se quedó en blanco o estaba bajo algún efecto porque tenemos dos versiones muy distintas de mi llegada. También tenemos dos definiciones muy distintas de la palabra "modales".La gerencia ha sido informada y ahora depende de ellos.La estrella es por el cajero automático (ATM): rápido en su trabajo, no responde mal y sabe su lugar, a diferencia de Chris.

Whoever answers the phone here needs an attitude adjustment—rude, sarcastic, and acting like they’ve got all the answers before you even ask a question. Not the kind of place I’d waste my time at, especially when I’m just trying to buy materials. Unprofessional doesn’t even cover it.
Got a truck full of scrap metal to drop off, and let me tell you—if you’re not prepared to wait, don’t bother. The line for the scale and the non-ferrous spot moves slow, and the guys working there *will* take their time. They’ve got heavy machinery swinging around, kids running loose, and a yard full of sharp junk—so yeah, they’re focused on keeping everyone from getting flattened. I get it. But seriously, stay out of the way. Keep your kids in the car. Nobody wants a kid getting hurt or a forklift tipping over because some parent wasn’t paying attention. Prices are decent, though—better than some other places I’ve tried. And honestly? I’d rather deal with the wait than risk blowing a tire on some rusted nail they missed. They actually keep the lot pretty clean. ---
