Handy place for flatbed or stepdeck deliveries. Parking’s right there. Just unhook on the street, pull onto the scale without checking in first, roll off to get unloaded, then back onto the scale for your out-weight.

Got unloaded in under half an hour. Jamey and Nick were all over it—super helpful, friendly, and they knew what they were doing. Wish every warehouse crew worked like that.

You walk up to Gate 1 at 7:00 sharp and they weigh your rig right away. The guys asked for my license and the truck’s DOT, plate, and VIN—just the states, not the numbers. If you’re early they’ll tell you to park on the street, then radio once they’re ready. Gate 2 lets you back to the dock doors, but you’ve got to block traffic at both gates.

Honestly, the only real challenge here is backing your truck in from the street—but don’t stress, it’s not as bad as it sounds. The road’s quiet, and the entrances give you plenty of space to work with. Dock 4 gets tricky if Dock 5 is occupied, but it’s still manageable if you take your time and adjust as needed. Once you’re set up, the dock time moves along fine, and the whole operation feels pretty smooth. ---

The scales are a pain, no lie—but if you know how to handle your rig, you’ll be in and out without too much hassle. ---

Their delivery routine drives me nuts. You’re supposed to hit the scale before and after unloading, which is fine. The problem is after you drop your load you’re stuck waiting in line because another truck is hogging the scale entrance. Ten minutes of empty weighing turns into an hour or more just to grab your BOL and leave. Total waste.

The delivery process here is a joke. You weigh in before unloading, that’s standard. But then you’re supposed to *stay in line* for the scale after unloading—except some other truck blocks the entrance, and suddenly you’re stuck waiting. Thirty minutes, an hour, sometimes even longer, just to get your empty weight and drop off your BOL. It’s ridiculous. ---

The staff? Solid—friendly, efficient, no nonsense. The rest of it, though? A nightmare. Backing onto the scale, then the dock, then the scale *again*—all from the street—is a headache. And don’t even get me started on the junk in the yard: screws, sharp metal, whatever’s lying around that’s gonna wreck your tires. They need a better location, a cleaner yard, and a way to skip the constant scale back-and-forth. I’m not coming back if I can help it.

First thing when you pull in, you’ve gotta back onto the scale at Gate 1 and check in with the office. Then for loading/unloading, you back in again at Gate 2 from the street. If you’re staying overnight, you can park on the opposite side of the street—just don’t block any driveways. There’s a turnaround to help with parking, and the street’s usually pretty calm. ---
