If you need tires this is the spot, as long as your size shows up. The problem is the good ones—big brand tires and rims—mostly get pulled before the cars even hit the yard. You’d think you could time it, but you never know when the right vehicle will arrive. Still, nothing beats grabbing an almost-new load-range-E tire from a major brand for sixteen bucks. One thing that’s always confused me—why take all the tire wrenches, irons, and jacks out of the cars unless they’re easier to scrap that way?
