I got ripped off here. They took my money up front, then sent me blurry, useless pictures to "check" if the part was right before shipping. Even through the bad quality, I could tell it wasn’t what I ordered. When I asked for my money back, they disappeared. Later, I reverse-searched the photo they sent and found the exact same one on a different listing for a whole car—not just the part I paid for.

I got ripped off hard. Paid for a part, and they sent me blurry, low-quality pictures to "confirm" it was the right one. Even through the bad photos, I could tell it wasn’t what I ordered. Asked for a refund, and they completely ignored me. Did a reverse image search on the picture they sent, and guess what? It was the same photo from some random car listing online. Total scam. ---

Another person who got screwed by Quality. They swore up and down they had the **right part** for my Cadillac SRX, but when my dealer tried to install it, it was the wrong one. I put a dispute on my credit card, but Quality refused to give me a return label or prepaid UPS shipping. Now I’m out $138 for a part they guaranteed was correct. **Check reviews before dealing with them.**

Ordered a transmission on July 11th, and it showed up broken. I’ve been stuck in a back-and-forth with them ever since, trying to either get a replacement under warranty or my cash back. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Let me just say this up front: **Do not** deal with these people. I ordered an alternator for my 2000 Cadillac DeVille, and the whole thing felt off from the start. I went ahead anyway because I needed to save money, but I should’ve done more research. The guy who answered the phone—said his name was Kevin—didn’t even mention the company’s name when I called. Still, I figured I’d take my chances. When the part finally came, it was the wrong one. I reached out on November 7th to start a refund, but now it’s November 17th, and I’m still stuck in a loop with some guy who keeps lying to me. Today, I called again, and the person on the phone was clearly full of it. I’m writing this so others don’t waste their money like I did—**stay far away**. ---

**Do not order from this place.** I paid $800 for a transmission on October 13th, and they charged me twice—$400 extra. They said it’d take 5-7 days, but it’s November 4th, and I still don’t have it. I’ve called, emailed, texted—nothing. PayPal got involved, and they offered me $300 back, but I still don’t have my part. How are they even still open? I want to warn people before they get scammed like I did. This is the worst. ---

Watch out for this company. I needed a master cylinder and reservoir for my truck, and they said they had it ready to ship. They asked for $996 via Zelle. Never got the part, never got a refund. They just hang up on you and block your number. Straight-up scam. ---
