My husband pulled in with his truck packed front and back, and he had this long trailer following with a beat-up old truck on it plus a pile of scrap metal. They were real down-to-earth folks and gave us a great cash offer. We’ve been back a handful of times since then.

From the front, middle, or back, the place doesn’t look like much, but they pay fairly and the crew is always friendly and ready to help. If you’ve got metal to recycle and want cash in your pocket, this is where you go. Just an odd thought—could you catch fish off the Payette River from their property? Honestly I doubt it, but it crossed my mind once or twice ;o)

I can’t recommend these guys enough. Drop off your scrap, get a straight-up price, and they’ll actually talk you through the recycling process along with how drop-off and payment work. Super nice people too—I drive all the way from Emmett just to do business there. 👍

I wanted to leave a positive review but honestly no one seemed to care about doing their job. I pulled in and had no clue where to go with my scrap, and nobody bothered to point me in the right direction. It looked like a ghost town in there—no people in sight even though they were supposedly open.

I’ve been to this place twice now—once for scrap, once for parts—and both times, it felt like they were annoyed I was even there. Like they assume everyone’s out to steal something. It’s got this weird, suspicious vibe, almost like a pawnshop where they watch you the whole time. Second time around, they told me to park across the street because I was “in the way.” The lot was empty except for their own truck. Then the guy who told me to move got in his own vehicle and left. Customers are what keep a business running, but they act like *they’re* the important ones. I’ve scrapped nearly 40 cars this year, and I can promise you, none of them will ever end up here. If this is the best they’ve got, they’re doing it wrong.

The prices here are fair, and the people working there actually know what they’re doing. We showed up with a trailer full of scrap, and instead of making us haul it all out ourselves, they used their big magnet and claw to pull most of it right off for us. The guy running the magnet even pointed out that the aluminum up front was worth more than the rest—saved us from missing out on extra cash. Simple stuff, but it made the whole trip easier.
