WHAT AMAZNG SERVICE. After arriving around 530 PM, I went to the normal entrance door and it was locked. Thinking that the summers hours hadn't started yet, I went back to my car and pulled off. While sitting at the light, Damian, an employee, walked up to my car and advised me that they were open. He informed me of the procedures and led me back in. I was totally blown away and have to say, his actions goes over and above what would be expected. U Pull It has always been a life saver for me on whatever car project I've had over the years and It'll be my 1st go to in future repairs. I bought 4 almost new premium tires for less than $50 a tire. I love this place. I would suggest maybe putting a note on the door with the summer hours and a sign advising customers what door to use. Thank you Damian for making my experience a pleasant one.

When I asked why, the guy just shrugged and said, *“Oh, it’ll get refunded, but right now it’s pending.”* Three days later, both charges hit my account. Called them on October 1st, and they told me the refund would take seven business days. Seven days came and went. Nothing. So I went back on the 7th, explained the whole mess to another guy, and he made me wait *forty minutes* for some manager who then told me, *“We don’t do refunds. Call your bank and dispute it.”* What kind of business takes your money with no problem but then acts like refunding it is some impossible mission? I’m a single mom scraping by, and $210 isn’t pocket change. This place is a scam, and I’m making sure everyone knows it.
