Better than tossing metal in the trash, but don’t expect to get rich. Prices are decent enough to make it worth the trip, but it’s not like they’re handing out cash. ---
Skip this place if you’re selling scrap copper. They lowballed me at **39 cents per pound** for 2/0 wire—absolute robbery. Not worth the gas money. ---
These guys actually treat customers right. The workers are solid, the service is top-notch, and they pay fair prices—way better than most scrap yards. If you’re selling metal, this is the place to go. ---
I used to save up scrap all year—cans, aluminum, copper, wire, brass—and bring it in once. But last time I went, the owner treated me like garbage. He rushed me, dumped my stuff off the scale, and even ripped open bags of copper to claim it weighed less. When I called him out, he acted like I was overreacting for losing **40 pounds of wire** and **most of my aluminum**. Now I’d rather trash it than deal with his scam again. ---
The staff is friendly, but the pay is a joke. I brought in **600 pounds of rotors** and got **$15**—that’s **0.02 cents per pound**. Not even worth the effort.
