CMC’s the best scrap yard I’ve dealt with—prices are great, employees are all solid, no exceptions. The driveways are solid concrete, not the usual pothole nightmare, and the lighting’s decent even after dark. Still, check your tires before you leave—nails happen. And if you’re dropping off a trailer, make sure it’s food-grade rated, tandems in the back, and you’ve got a hi-vis vest on.
