Makes unloading a breeze. ---

Honestly, I’ve been coming to Koscove for about six months now, and I keep going back because the people there are just *nice*—not that fake customer-service nice, but actually helpful. The office staff and the guys out front always make it easy, and the whole place runs smoother than most junkyards I’ve been to. Weekends are packed, so I usually go on weekdays—get in, grab what I need, and get out without wasting time. Appreciate the good service, and hope everyone there has a solid Thanksgiving! ---

My boyfriend Jon and I just moved to Colorado Springs from Oklahoma, and we stopped by Koscove Metal to ask about jobs. First guy we talked to—someone in a safety vest near the wall—told us to go inside. Then this woman, I think her name was Sarah (the one with neck tattoos), basically shut us down before we could even finish asking. I started to say, *“Are you hir—”* and she cut me off with *“No.”* Just like that. No explanation, no “come back later,” nothing. The whole thing was rude and unprofessional, especially since the place wasn’t even busy at the time. Not the kind of first impression you want when you’re new in town and just trying to get your foot in the door.

Look, I was *really* hoping this place would be different after reading all the bad reviews. Turns out? Nope. Bought some stuff today, went to the window expecting $84, and she handed me cash without me counting it—*my bad for trusting that*.
