Drove all that way, walked in, and they hit me with, *“Oh, sorry—we thought we called you. Both parts are broken.”* Never got a call. Never got a heads-up. Just wasted my time and gas for nothing. Called this salvage yard today, and it was… weird. Asked Philip for a quote on selling my car, mentioned I’d filled out their online form but hadn’t heard back.
