Selling my car was supposed to be easy—they sent someone to pick it up, but then I had to drive to their office, wait around, and deal with a confusing process just to get the title sorted. I drove all the way here just to find out the part I needed wasn’t even in stock—and I had to pay $3 just to walk around and check. There’s no way to call ahead to confirm if something’s available, so you’re stuck making the trip blind. And don’t bother asking for your $3 back if the part’s gone. They won’t refund it. Waste of time and money.
