I see all the bad reviews, but I’ve never had a single issue with these guys. They’re always professional, they get the job done, and that’s it. No drama, no excuses—just solid work. Can’t ask for more than that.

The guy I was with that day was being a total jerk—yelling, accusing me of stuff, the whole nine yards—but the rest of the staff? Actually really decent. They didn’t get flustered, just kept helping me out even when things got messy. Honestly, I don’t even remember his name now, but I do remember he was straight-up clear about what I needed to do. That part was solid. The only real headache is getting ahold of them by phone. I’ve left messages about my Grey Nissan Armada, and who knows if they ever got them. I’d give them more stars if I could actually talk to someone when I need to. ---

I’d give them zero stars if I could. They straight-up stole my car off my property, claiming someone called them to haul it away. Now they won’t show me any paperwork proving who authorized it, and when I try to get answers, they just hang up on me. No explanation, no help—just dead air. ---

When these guys are open, they’re great—fast, friendly, no nonsense. But for the past three weeks, I’ve been trying to grab some used tires, and the place has been a ghost town. Nobody answers, nobody’s there. It’s like they just vanished. If you’re running a business, you can’t just disappear when people need you. ---

I paid $200 for a tow that didn’t even happen. They couldn’t drop my car off because I didn’t have the cash on me at the time, so they took it back to their shop instead. Now I’m supposed to pay *again* just to get them to do the job they already charged me for. How is that professional? I’m out $200 for nothing, and they’re acting like it’s my fault.
