Cuida el peso de tus metales, el operador de la balanza me pagó por 50 lbs de cable eléctrico que era 75% recuperable al precio del 45% recuperable y el peso en la balanza fue de 68 lbs.
Además, siendo mi primera vez tratando con estos tipos y asumiendo que eran legítimos, medio camión de tubería de cobre fue pagado como 90 lbs, cuando pesamos el camión en la parada de camiones más adelante, nos estafaron 125 lbs en la tubería de cobre, pesamos la carga la noche anterior en 215 lbs. Debería haber sabido cuando pregunté el peso y él dijo que estaba en tu ticket que algo no estaba bien.
No volveré y planeo presentar una queja ante el bbb. Ve a Roanoke y vende tu metal, ellos lo descargan y lo pesan frente a ti para que sepas lo que estás obteniendo.

The people who work there are just plain rude. No "hello," no "how can I help you," just attitude. If you’re looking for a place where the staff acts like they’d rather be anywhere else, this is it. ---
Look, I called this place with a simple question, and the guy on the phone acted like I was wasting his time. He cut me off mid-sentence and hung up before I could even finish. If you want to deal with someone who’s got no patience and even less manners, go ahead and call them. I won’t be back. ---
Honestly, the place isn’t terrible. The prices aren’t bad either—better than some other junkyards I’ve checked out. Not amazing, but not overcharging you either. Would I drive out of my way for it? Probably not, but if I’m already passing by, I wouldn’t avoid it. ---
If I could give zero stars, I would. I called for a quote on some yellow brass, and the guy gave me $1.10. I mentioned that other places quoted me $2.08, and he just hung up on me. No explanation, no "have a nice day," just dead air. That’s not how you run a business, and I sure as hell won’t be recommending them to anyone. The whole thing was a waste of my time and energy. ---
I showed up an hour and a half before they closed, and the first thing they did was act annoyed that I was even there. But the real kicker? The guy at the window straight-up stole from me. I spent forever stripping copper wire, and when I got to the scale, the window guy yelled out "NUMBER 1 COPPER" for the weight. Then, when I got home, I realized he’d written down "NUMBER 2 COPPER" on the ticket. That one little number change cut my payout in half. Unbelievable.
