Let me just say—this place is a nightmare, and I’m never setting foot here again. I’d rather drive to the next town over, wait in line for hours, or dig through my own junk pile than deal with this mess. The employees can’t even agree on basic stuff. My car died, I needed to junk it fast for a down payment, and this place made it *worse*. I gave them directions—“a mile or two from the Circle K on Route 11”—and they acted like I was speaking another language. No exact address? Too bad, they said, and hung up. So my car got towed by the police, and now I’m on the hook for a tow bill that’s basically the same as what the scrap value was. Thanks a lot. Towmater’s charging $300 to get it out, which is insane, or I can just hand the car over to them and call it a loss. And for what? Because they couldn’t be bothered to help someone in a bind? If you’re in a pinch, do *not* call these people. Their “policy” is just an excuse to avoid doing their job. One-star reviews? Yeah, I believe it.
