This is the spot to call if you want to sell your junk car. The guys who work here are straight shooters and gave me a solid price for a used part I needed while I was there.

My husband and I were quoted two different prices at this place, which isn't exactly great customer service. Then they banned me for leaving an honest review. Sure, the van only needs an $80 part to run like new, but I'm not about to let some guy try to shortchange me just 'cause I'm a woman. Plenty of other junkyards out there—I've got a business to run too.

Been coming here for years—different owners, same good vibes. Right now, the selection’s pretty thin, but they’re actually decent about posting new stuff on their Facebook page as it comes in. From what I can tell, they’re working on building the yard back up, so it’s not a total ghost town like it was a while back. ---

Guy showed up in 10 minutes, no fuss, no drama. Gave me a fair price for my Saturn—head gasket was shot, but he didn’t lowball me. If I’ve got another car to sell or parts to grab, I’m calling them first. Simple as that. ---

First time calling this place, and let’s just say it did *not* go well. Guy picks up, doesn’t even say hello—just mumbles to someone else in the background, *"This kid’s called here three times already,"* and hangs up. Okay, first of all, I’m 40, not some teenager. So I call back, thinking maybe it was a bad connection, and this time he answers with *"AACme Auto Parts."* I go, *"Good morning, sir, how are you?"* and he hits me with *"You’ve already called here."* I’m like, *"Excuse me?"* He says, *"I’ve already talked to you."* I’m lost—*"Sir, this is my first time calling, my name’s Josh."* Then he drops my full name like he’s reading it off caller ID, which is weird because I’ve *never* called before. After all that, he finally asks what I need—an alternator for a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe. He says they don’t have it but tells me to call Two Little Bees instead. I ended it with *"Thanks, hope your day gets better"* and hung up. Still don’t know who he thought I was, but the whole thing was just… off. ---

Needed parts for my Jeep, and these guys had *everything*—exactly what I was looking for, at a price that actually made sense. Not only that, but they were quick about it and even pointed me toward someone solid for the install. Honestly, as a woman who’s been around the block a few times, I don’t always get that kind of respect in auto shops. But here? They were helpful, polite, and made the whole process easy. I’ll be back, and I’m telling anyone who needs parts or wants to unload a junk car to check them out. ---

Spoke with Mitchell on the phone—super respectful, actually listened to what I needed. Turns out they had all the parts I was after, even in the right color, and at a price that didn’t make me wince. On top of that, they pulled the parts off the car for me so I didn’t have to dig through anything. Good people, no nonsense. AACme Auto Hendricks County—worth a shot if you’re in the market.
