This place is a total scam, don't waste your time or money there. I went in needing a transmission, told them it had to fit my Mustang, even gave them a $100 deposit. When I found a working one myself, they refused to refund me. I’m begging you, save your cash and go somewhere else.

These guys acted like they had my part, took my number, then ghosted me all day. Called back at 5:57 PM, and suddenly? “Not enough time.” What a joke. Worst service I’ve ever dealt with—wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for parts. ---

Paid $550 for a transmission, and their “parts pullers” wrecked the input shaft in the process. Refused to refund me or even give my old one back. Took it to my own shop, and the gears inside were shot. Called the owner to complain, and he blamed “sludge”—like I’m stupid. Sludge my ass. This place is a scam, and I’m taking them to small claims. Absolute worst in KC. ---

This guy’s a straight-up scammer. Told me parts for my Chevy Celebrity would be $175, then showed up the next day and hit me with $250. His excuse? “It’s a Eurosport.” Like that changes anything. Every other junkyard prices parts the same no matter the trim—this was just a bait-and-switch. And for a 25-year-old sedan that’s not even a “classic”? Please. I’d rather wait and pay $60 at Pick n Pull than get robbed. Update: Yep, the part was $60 elsewhere, and after digging, there’s no difference between the regular and Eurosport for what I needed. Total scam.

Zero stars, and that’s being generous. Bought an engine for $700, and by the time I realized it was junk, the warranty was long gone. They straight-up sold me a dead part and didn’t even blink. Absolute garbage operation. If you value your money or your time, walk the other way. ---
