Just bought an engine from them and honestly it’s a total mess. Clearly yanked out with no care, sensors are all broken, the valve cover’s crushed, and there’s even a hole in the intake. No refunds once they’ve got your money, and you can’t inspect it before paying. They claimed 130k miles but honestly looks closer to 300k, and now it smokes like crazy after I put it in. They won’t even give me my money back.

I’ve always gone here for car parts, engines, and transmissions and they’re great. Service is solid and they actually help you out.

Worst experience I’ve had. You ask for a part and half the time it’s gone or the price changes the minute you try to grab it. When you ask about it, the answer’s always the same: “the person who said that doesn’t know.” And by the way, there’s only two girls running the office, sitting right next to each other.

Quick, easy, and the car I picked up was in solid shape. Paperwork was straightforward, and the guy who helped me—Mr.—was straightforward and helpful. No complaints.

Never had an issue with anything I’ve bought here. Prices are lower than the other junkyards in town, and the woman at the counter is always friendly. Simple as that. ---

This place is a total mess with their inventory—don’t waste your time or money here. I ordered a 2014 Ford Focus transmission, paid for removal and installation, and the car’s computer immediately threw a fit. Turns out the sticker on the transmission they gave me said 2015. Now I’m stuck waiting a week for the Ford dealership to confirm whether it’s even compatible (spoiler: it’s not). The 2012–2014 and 2015–2018 models use different transmissions, so I had to rip the whole thing out and start over. The ad said they had a 2014, the receipt said they gave me a 2014—but it was a lie. Between the extra labor, a second transmission, the Ford diagnostic, and a rental car, this mistake cost me *thousands* more than it should have. Their idea of fixing it? A $150 store credit. Unbelievable. ---

Got exactly what I needed—engines, transmissions, and a few random parts—all at fair prices. No hassle, no surprises. If you’re looking for decent used auto parts, this is the spot. ---

Honestly, this place could use a little more effort. Prices aren’t listed anywhere—you have to ask, and even then, they won’t give you a straight answer. If you call on a Sunday, good luck getting someone to pick up. They’ll just charge whatever they feel like for whatever part you want. I asked about a trailer sitting out front, and instead of checking for me, they told me to drive two hours just to see if it was still there. Like, come on—it’s not that hard to walk 20 feet and look. They don’t seem to care about helping at all. ---

This guy was a lifesaver. My dad needed a couple parts for a 2020 Ford Escape, and the prices were fair. No hassle, no overcharging—just straightforward and honest. Really appreciate it! ---

I drove all the way to Frank’s because they said they had the part I needed. So I walked out to the back in 25-degree weather, all the way to where they told me it’d be. Turns out? No truck. Not even close to what I was looking for. Guess the part got lost in the mix somewhere. ---
