Chuck's is a nightmare compared to U-Pull, which is just down the road. If you care about decent service at all, skip this place. These guys are out for every dollar they can grab, and their yard is a total mess – impossible to find anything.

I gave Chuck's Trucks 3.5 stars, and that's only because I'm trying to be fair. I run a junkyard myself, so I know what goes on behind the scenes. I don't expect a five-star spa experience or anything, just basic accountability when something goes wrong with a part they sold and installed. That's exactly what didn't happen here. My AMC Gremlin's oil pan failed, leaving my car sitting in oil. I brought it back to discuss the issue and see what they could do about it. Instead of troubleshooting or even talking to me, I was told it was my fault, kicked off the property, threatened with trespassing, and had the police called on me. I still can't believe it. Part failures happen – that's just the reality with used parts. But the total refusal to own up to it is what really stings. One conversation could have sorted it out. One quick look could have shown what broke. Instead, it went straight to "leave or we're calling the cops." The photo I attached shows my Gremlin still sitting in oil after the failure. I wasn't trying to start trouble; I just wanted them to make it right. Instead, I got a trespass warning tacked onto the mess. If that's how they handle complaints, people should know before they go there.

They helped me find the right part without any fuss, and their prices won't break the bank.

I had a good experience here. They've got mostly older cars and parts, and if you need something specific, it's worth checking out.

Wasted a whole hour yanking parts off some old car, only to get told they wouldn’t even buy them. The guy running the place acted like I was bothering him just by asking. No wonder this junkyard looks like a dump—nobody here cares about anything except making your life harder. ---

A friend told me to call Chuck’s Trucks about selling two old cars. First time I called on a Friday, they said to call back next week. Called back Tuesday, and they wanted me to text pictures before they’d even talk. Sent the pictures, waited two days, then they finally said they’d pay $1,000 for both and set up a pickup for July 3rd. The day before, I texted to confirm the time—nothing. On the 3rd, I called *six times* over six hours. First, they said “call back,” then hung up. Next, “I don’t know.” Then, “No tow truck till Monday.” Called back Monday, and some guy said he’d ask his boss and call me back. Two hours later, still nothing. Called again, and suddenly there’s “no money” to buy the cars. Absolute garbage. Don’t bother—these people will string you along just to waste your time. ---

Drove two hours for a fender they didn’t even have. The guy at the counter had some other part to sell me, but when I mentioned the price they listed online, he acted like I’d insulted his grandma. Rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t care if I left happy or not. If I hadn’t had my kid with me, I would’ve told him exactly where he could shove his attitude. Skip this place—it’s not worth the gas money. ---

These guys are scum. Bought a part from them, and it was broken. When I pointed it out, they played dumb—said they didn’t know. Fine, whatever.
