This guy went out of his way for me, walking me through everything patiently till I found what I needed. Took way longer than it should have, but at least he didn’t rush me out the door.

I called this place because their website said they’d tow away junk cars and pay for scrap metal. The guy who answered the phone was a real charmer—just kept saying “no” over and over like a broken record. No explanation, no nothing. Total waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. 0/5.

M&P Auto Salvage saved my butt last week. I called on a Friday about a transmission for my car, and by Monday, they had it ready. My wife picked it up, and they even helped her load it into the trunk—no extra fuss. I was stuck at work, so that made a huge difference. These folks are solid. I’ll be back, no question. ---

You won’t wait long for help here. Someone’s always around to answer questions, and they actually try to figure things out instead of brushing you off. That’s more than I can say for most places. ---

Don’t waste your time here unless you’re looking for parts from the last five years. I called three times about a car from this decade, and they didn’t have a single thing I needed. The staff acts like they’d rather be anywhere else—short answers, no real help, just dead air. The place is nice enough, but the service is a joke. ---

Having worked around cars my whole career, I’ve never run into anything this ridiculous. Called M&P about an alloy wheel and all I got back was “Ten dollars” repeated three times like a broken record. He wouldn’t let me mention the make or model, just hung up before I could say another word. I didn’t even get a chance to ask if the wheels actually fit my car. I sell vehicles every day and still can’t figure out why they answer the phone if they’re just going to cut people off. I’ll never waste my time there again, and I don’t know how anyone expects to run a business acting like that.

I’ve been in the car business for years, and I’ve never had a phone call go that badly. I asked about the price of an alloy wheel, and the guy just said, *“Ten dollars.”* Three times. Wouldn’t even let me tell him the make and model. What’s the point of answering the phone if you’re not going to help? He hung up before I could say another word. I don’t even know why he picked up. Absolute waste of time. ---

Needed a rim for my mom’s car, and these guys had one—even though it was a single. They sold it to me no problem, and my mom was thrilled I found it so fast. The staff was great, both on the phone and in person. If I need parts again, I’m coming back here. Thanks, guys!

I needed a tire fast and no other shop in town could touch it for over a week. M&P picked up on the first try, said they had it on the shelf, and could slap it on the same day. Rolled in, they had the tire ready, paused what they were doing, and got it mounted before I could blink. I’m not exaggerating—best service I’ve seen in a long time. The guys there definitely appreciate a little respect, so if you go make sure to thank them. I’ll be back for sure.
