Rated this company 4/5

I had to drive almost 40 minutes to get to this location and it felt as if “the hills had eyes.” A typical mom-and-pop, back hills location. They weren't friendly at all. Their website showed they had 2 parts however when I got there, they only had 1. It took about 20 minutes to retrieve a part that should have only taken about 10 minutes and did I mention they weren't friendly at all? The part they had was in excellent condition and at least the woman said thank you with a half smile grin.

Just got off the phone with the receptionist. She was very rude and explained to me that she could not run a total on 4 stock wheels and tires because she was busy eating lunch. I stated that I probably shouldn’t do business with them and hung up. 0/10. If you don’t like your job, find something else to do with your time!!!
