Awesome Service! Great Staff! Not only did they have what I was looking for they were able to FIX my car! This is a one stop shop! I remember while I was waiting for my car the owner got me lunch along with the rest of the staff. So hard to find good places of business like this! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Guy was nice at first , offered to look up about a part for my vehicle. He told me they had my Mazda but had to verify price. I was told I would get a call right back once they spoke to whoever about the part. Well it’s been two weeks and I still never received a call back. Lol. It may be because I was told it cost $1000 for a head light lol.
Came to Columbus from Albany just for a back window for my truck. Will absolutely come here for ALL of my vehicle needs that I don't need brand new. Its worth the 1.5 hour drive. Especially for the price. AMAZING customer service. They even let me pay over the phone and had the part ready for me when I got there. I really couldn't be happier with this place, they really are awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Justin was awesome with his customer service skills. He said he would check on my request and call me back. He did! He called back in about 10 minutes. Justin took my card information, and confirmed the part would be in route to the yard next week. The part was coming from one of their sister yards. Justin, saved me $600.00 and gave me a 30 day warranty from the day of acceptance. It does not get better than this!

Man these people are cool and professional. I have a 2017 Ford fusion. I knew my warranty would take a month to handle so I paid out of pocket. Well he called me early that morning and my was was done by 4. These guys know what they are doing. 10 out of 10. I will recommend.
