After stopping at many salvage yards in the metro area on a regular basis due to work related matters pertaining to used auto parts I can safely say Apex is the apex when it comes to customer service, price, kindness, virtually every other factor of a high functioning human experience. The wait time is always less than a minute, everybody knows why your there, (not like many places where the employees never seem to talk to teach other because only 1 person knows anything), what they say over telecommunication is consistent with close proximal communication, the prices are extremely reasonable.. there might have been one time out of dozens where they were in the process of moving parts around and couldn't locate something which they were able to inform you in short order, rather than waiting around for 15+ minutes to find out, proving that they are indeed human and not some artificial intelligence created through a consortium of how to run a salvage yard to absolute perfection.
