I highly recommend Bow Auto Parts if you’re looking for parts that are the highest quality. But just as important is the personal attention the sales people give you with their professional knowledge and follow through. I worked with Eric who specializes in Lexus equipment. He stayed in contact with me through texting and with phone conversations so he knew exactly what to order for my vehicle. Then he was able to get me an upgrade for a little bit more, the part arrived a day earlier than expected making it a smooth transition for installation. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them. Overall I’m giving Bow Auto Parts an A+ rating.

Sold me a overpriced honda engine that was leaking from every were, covered in spray paint. It failed the cylinder leakage test on all 4 cylinders I called in for a replacement, and they tried to up sell me another engine. I paid cash they refused to refund me in cash.
Once agian inconveniencing me.
