( NEED ONLINE PRICE LIST)
FIRST… All great people there, they will help you any way they can. As recycle yards go, by fare not the worst to deal with.
They could improve though in one serious area if they were even concerned about these online reviews. Which ROBBY most likely is not concerned at all, do to not needing to rely on the internet or google to survive much less thrive without it.
BUT….
A PUBLISHED WEEKLY OR EVEN BI-WEEKLY PRICE SHEET
would definitely help KAREN AND FREDDY (hope i spelled your names right) It would slow down the volume of calls that take up everyone's time and kill productivity, for both the clients like myself and the staff that have limited time already.

In closing I would like to explain although employed there years ago and still knowing most of the older long time employees. I still respect and like them all. They are hardworking and very outgoing for their customers.
I have a 5 star review for them as soon (if ever)…..
THEY START PUPLISHING A PRICE LIST.
The only other area they could improve on is in the (E-WAIST ) separation and diversity of types of ( COMPUTER E-WAIST ) They can process.
