Just spoke to the most rude person. Called to ask for a price estiate on a catalytic converter. The woman who answered the phone started out nice. Stated that they price them on site.
I paraphrased this back to her as, “So it depends on how you feel that day. When you look at it, you'll decide.”
She **shouted back at me** “EXCUSE ME!?”
All I did was say the same thing back to her in different words and she got very upset about it. She told me that if it's damaged inside it's worth less. Ok, mine isn't damaged. It's still on the vehicle. How much is it worth? She can't say…

They unloaded aluminum and told us to go back around and get weight agin. When uploading the cans they dinted are trailer busted are barrels, and nerly took out our tail light and almost hit me standing beside the trailer because he was useing a fork lift to dump the barrels of cans

I called this place yesterday because it says it's open. They gave me a quote on angle iron. I come here today and they say they're closed to the public. I understand the situation it's just why would you not tell me when I call you that you are close to the public. I wasted 2 hours of my time.
