Waited for a part to come in for 2 1/2 weeks, after ordering. The part failed with in 2 weeks after being installed. I've been waiting for the replacement under warranty for 3 1/2 weeks now. The part is for a commen vehicle. The staff here is not good about calling customers back.

These guys are amazing. I was looking for a honda/acura 80/50 amp fuse for my Acura SUV. The Honda and Acura dealers did not have. Only a few cars are interchangeable. Anyways they had one vehicle that could possibly have the fuse I needed. Bingo it was in there and in good shape. They actually go out in yard and get parts for you unlike Pick N Pull.
