They said I could reclaim my vehicle any day between 9 and 4; however, when I called no one was available. The guy answering the phone was clueless. They charge for storage but I cannot get my car. Avoid at all costs. They profit from your misery. What dirtbags! They damaged my car when towing it, proving what dishonest scumbags they are.
