poor service…..actually no service. It's been 3 weeks since i placed an order over the phone & was told i would receive part in a few days. Gave it a week, no part no notification. I sent an email…..no response. I called back to check the status of order & was told by sales person (Troy) that there was no record of order. Ok perhaps it got misplaced..(stuff happens). I again placed order ( with Troy give him office # email & cel#) and was told a higher price than originally quoted, but no worries i needed part, so i ordered again and again was told about 3-4 days. It has now been a week and still no part. No calls, no email nothing. With service like that, i wouldn't buy a buy a screw form these people, all i'd get is screwed…
