Had to be this guy's first towing experience! Got his chain stuck under the car, scraped up the front bumper, couldn't get it off the lift….and I paid for that! Completely horrible experience. Zero starts if possible.

so I called the 330-2444 # to tell them they blocked my car in, yet they didnt answer causing ppl to miss work… this is beyond unprofessional . i have pics of this situation .
