I was a regular service was great in the beginning but I guess my loyalty wasn’t good enough I went to get a tire 2 days later it went flat they blamed it on me but the tire wasn’t sealed probably I went back they argued me down but eventually resealed my tire 2 days later AGAIN it went flat again the SAME tire .. so I went to a different tire and was told I was given a bad tire they usually allow me to loook at the tire before putting it on but this time they were rushing tire was ate out in the inside and causing the tire to leak slowly ! If you go PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR TIRES BEFORE THEY PUT THEM ON YOUR CAR IF NOT you’re going to have to deal with a lot of back in fourth just to get the issue resolved. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad company just check the tires before hand because they don’t handle customer service well

I was referred to S&W by my mechanic. We had a blown motor on an Acura. I called JJ, and he told me about the motors he had on hand, recommended one he said was the “best.” It was the most expensive, too. I asked which he’d put in his car. He said, “I already told you. The best one.” “But why?, lower miles?” said I. “No. Because I’ve seen it. And I’ve seen the car it came out of. It appears to be a good motor. It’s what I’d choose.” Sounded legit. I took his word for it. Received electronic confirmation, paid electronically, it was delivered to the shop in under 24 hours, and the core hauled off. My mechanic called and said, “I got great news! This is a really good motor.” The timing belt and water pump looked new. The engine was very clean. No need to go through anything. By the next morning, the car was ready to go. I cannot convey how nice it is to entrust something like a remote engine purchase to a guy who just came across as authentic on the phone. He was knowledgeable enough to make an educated assessment about the routine maintenance, etc, the previous owner had put into the car. Great service. Thanks a ton!

You'll travel miles, on top of miles after coming here. These guys are genuinely nice, service is fast and I've yet to see them not have a tire ready for the consumer. If you've searched and found Al's you've found the right place.
