I go to a lot of different salvage yards and Sanford has to be one of the best in terms of staff helpfulness and organization of vehicles. I’m used to spending half a day walking around and being told “oh it’s over there” repeatedly just to find out the car got scrapped 2 years ago. Sanford is a completely different story with how easy it is to navigate the place

Good people. Ken at the front desk rocks. The guys that work in the yard themselves, the best in the game big shoutout to Steve & Sammy, they always help me out if I need help pulling off a part, they b helping me find the car I’m lookin for, some real cool dudes for sure. Genuine, honest, and truthfully, with how much work these 2 dudes be doing, they somehow still take the time out of their day to help me out. I come here frequently, very frequently so that kind of feeling is important. 100% recommended.
My blood is boiling! They told me that they had the part I was looking for and told me to sit and wait for them to pull it. After an hour of waiting they tell me that they don’t have it. Simple updates to your inventory could save your customers time. Did not show any empathy for the hour of time they had me waiting! I am furious!
