PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! These people are complete criminals. They have no problem billing your credit card immediately. Then I didn’t hear anything for a couple of days after ordering, so I emailed them and was told I would have a shipping confirmation and tracking number later that day. Three days later still not shipped and no tracking number. At this point, communication stopped completely. After multiple phone calls and messages left, emails sent, and even trying to use the live chat on their website to no avail. I ended up contacting my CC company and reported them. I also reported to the BBB. My CC company was able to get my money back. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are Scam artists. I should have read the other reviews before ordering. The bad ones are accurate. Zero stars are what I give these guys. But that’s not an option. I hope this helps someone

Part was in excellent condition price was reasonable as it could get. Once it shipped it came quickly. Use chat feature and always reference your order number.

Ordered part said three days regular ground three weeks later
still no part no response back after multiple e mails even called left multiple messages no response but they did manage to hit our credit card they were good at that

THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS! I should have read the reviews before ordering a part for my car. They will take your money immediately but can't seem to ship a part. It's been 10 days since order placement and there has been zero communication and no shipment. I will give them to the end of the day tomorrow to respond to my requests or else I will be going to the appropriate authorities. Even if the part does end up shipping soon, the service (or lack of) is down right terrible.
Update: They did not respond to anymore contact requests. Disputed the credit card transaction with my bank. Reported them to the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Fraud department. I advise all others having issues to do the same and hopefully we can get this place shutdown.

i been waiting over a month for my part. shipping location says its delayed but its in the same place it was a month ago. no one picks up phone calls. i feel like i was scammed
