These guys are amazing… I called around they were not only the friendliest they had great prices on aluminum… Pulled up they had the boxes ready for us before we got out the truck. When it looked like we was gonna overflow they came over asked if we needed another box before we even knew if we did . They are on it.. the office guys were friendly and got all the paperwork done in a timely manner n I was out of there all within 30 min.. loved it I recommend these guys for all your aluminum pieces…. Jim and the guys at Tacoma metals are wonderful! It's been years since my daughter was collecting and turning in cans and though she wasn't with me today, Jim remembered her! The two fellows in the yard were extremely helpful. They are all very professional and for a scrap yard, it was pretty clean and very well organized! Thanks, Jim, for the conversation and my daughter giggled when i handed her the starbursts!

This is an update to a previous review I posted that gave Tacoma Metals a very good review. They’ve thoroughly disappointed my expectations over the years of going here. When I first started scrapping and searching around for the best prices, Tacoma Metals was one of the best! Good prices, friendly employees, very informative if I had questions about my materials but now it seems like they’ve lost all credibility for being honest or friendly or a good place to recycle metals for cash and their prices are consistently about 50 cents to a dollar lower than other metal recyclers! The workers now seem hostile to any questioning you may have about their determination of your materials and honestly don’t seem like they even want to be there doing their job. They always close early now and don’t seem to care to be helpful when you have any questions. A total 180 from my previous experiences! I actually thinking 3 stars is being generous at this point and will be lowering that score if things continue in the trend I’ve been seeing from Tacoma Metals.

These guys were very helpful I had to get rid of some aluminum rims in my garage and got a good price for them. Also where they have the scales there's some amazing copper and brass stuff that people have dropped off. Great place to go if you have scrap metal laying around your house or in the garage instead of the dump take it here.
