I’ve bought parts here a few times over the years. If you are within a few hours drive of their location it’s nice to be able to inspect parts before paying for them. I wanted to take few measurements on a full quarter panel since the one I bought at another company didn’t fit and they were accommodating. I’ve read a few reviews that complain about stuff being “overseas junk”. I’ve got news for you, just about every piece of reproduction sheet metal is stamped overseas.
Should have read reviews. Don't waste your time here. Too many other places to buy parts online. Ordered a disc conversion kit. Received partial order. Ordered two replacement rear drums. One looked new, the other appears to be a painted-over remanufactured drum. Reached out to them via email, was asked to send pictures. Sent pictures. Was asked to send more pictures. Nah, I'll shop elsewhere. Best of luck doing business like this.
Very happy with product and service! It took a while to receive the parts I ordered but they let me know that from the beginning and seeing as they were the only place I could find the parts I was looking for, I was willing to wait. Don't get me wrong, I was worried after reading some bad reviews but had no issues and will be ordering from them again!
Very unhappy with the parts place e-commerce store. I ordered 2 items that I needed and agreed to the overpriced freight. Before I received a shipped notification I asked to cancel the order, they said that the 1 item had already shipped and charged the full freight. You would think that if they could only ship part of your order they would let you know prior to shipping a small portion. Terrible business practice
With the length of your agreement, it seems you have covered yourself in all ways. It seems like you are covering yourself for poor customer service.
