B & B Auto Parts Inc at 4936 Winchester Rd, New Market, AL 35761

You won’t find a better parts shop than B&B—seriously, they’ve got everything. I’ve been coming here for years, and if they don’t have what I need, Kent usually tracks it down by the next day. Prices are fair, too—sometimes even better than the big chains. And honestly, the Sharpes make the whole experience easy. They know their stuff, they’re nice to talk to, and that’s not something you see much anymore.

You can tell right away this place is run by real people who actually care. No corporate nonsense, just good old-fashioned service where they treat you like a neighbor, not a customer number. ---

Late afternoon, desperate for a plumbing part, and these folks didn’t just have it—they made the whole thing simple. No attitude, no hassle, just friendly help when I needed it most. Saved my day without even trying. ---

Went in for one part, left with way more than I expected—and not just because they had what I needed. The guy behind the counter, Kent, didn’t just hand me the part; he talked me through it, threw in a deal that made sense, and made the whole thing feel easy. If you’re looking for parts and don’t want the runaround, this is the spot. ---

This isn’t just some parts store—it’s the kind of place where the people behind the counter remember your name (or at least act like they do). I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and nothing’s changed except maybe the prices going up a little. Need car stuff? Lawnmower junk? A random screw or a washer? They’ve got it, and they’ll help you find it without making you feel stupid for asking. Huntsville’s got its big-box stores, but I’ll take this little hometown spot any day. ---

Here’s the thing—I went to Lowe’s first for a faucet washer, got home, and realized the stupid screw was stripped. Instead of driving back or calling a plumber, I took a shot at B&B Auto Parts on a whim. Not only did they have the right tool to get the screw out, but they also had the washer I needed *and* fixed it for me. Oh, and they gave my toddler a balloon just because. What started as a headache turned into the easiest, friendliest repair job ever. I’m telling everyone about this place—it’s the kind of spot you don’t know you need until you do.
