Honestly, Sid’s Auto Parts blew me away. Tabitha in the office and Dylan out in the yard? Both were just *really* good people—no attitude, no nonsense, just straight-up respect. I’ve worked in junkyards before, and let me tell you, this is the first place where I actually felt like they gave a damn. Next time I need parts, I’m calling them first. No question. ---

Dad called in the morning for a part, and Tabitha knew *exactly* what he was talking about—no beating around the bush, just “Yeah, we’ve got it” and “We’ll pull it right now.” Part ended up being slightly off, but someone was out there in two seconds flat grabbing the right one. No waiting, no excuses, just got it done. Place runs smooth, no nonsense, and they even throw in a 30-day warranty. That’s how it should be. Thanks, Sid’s—you made a frustrating day a whole lot easier.

These guys are lifesavers. Drove an hour and a half just to get there, but it was worth it—fast, no hassle, and the people were actually *nice*. Bought an electrical control, and it worked perfect, fixed my problem right up. If you’re in Salem, CT, and need parts, go to Sid’s. Seriously. ---

A buddy told me to hit up Sid’s Auto for a tire and a power mirror for my 300, and man, was he right. The whole crew was solid—no one rushed me, even when I had them dig up parts for my other car while I was there. Three different people helped me, and every single one was just… nice. Even walked my tire out to my car for me. Prices were fair, and I’ll be back if I need more stuff. ---

I was hunting for an owner’s manual for a car we just bought, and after checking a few places, I found it listed on Sid’s site. Gave them a call to confirm they still had it—and also asked about a rearview mirror I needed. The woman who answered was super easy to talk to, didn’t make me feel like I was wasting her time, and the prices? Way better than what I was seeing on eBay. I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else. ---
