They told me the part was on its way, but turns out it never showed up. Asked anyone who answered and everyone gave me a different story. Even the employees didn’t know what was going on. They just fed me whatever sounded good at the moment. Save yourself the trouble and order parts somewhere else, this place doesn’t get it right.

I put in an order April 5th through Sebastian at Fenix Parts, extension 302125, figuring I'd have the parts in three to four business days. Instead, I spent the whole week calling for updates with no luck. Turns out nobody even uploaded the paperwork. Every time I dialed Sebastian directly he never picked up. After wasting a week I finally canceled the order and asked for a refund. Big disappointment—I'll be warning everyone to stay away.

This place is terrible. Most of the parts I got were total junk and the service was just as bad. Everyone’s sitting in a call center so you’ll never talk to someone actually at the yard. It’s a chain of lousy salvage yards that don’t even compare to LKQ. Back when it was Reno’s, it was actually decent—don’t bother with it today.

I drove six hours for nothing. Called ahead, they said my parts were ready—showed up, and they weren’t. Tried calling back, but no one answered. Absolute waste of time and gas money.

This place is the worst junkyard I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve been to a lot. You’re supposed to be able to walk in, ask for a part, and get it right then and there. Not here. Complete waste of time—don’t bother. ---

Ordered parts from this place, paid upfront, and never got them. Every time I call, they either waste my time or just hang up. Can’t even find a real corporate number online to complain—what a joke. ---

First time buying from a salvage yard, and it went way smoother than I expected. Called in, the guy who helped me was quick, didn’t waste my time, and actually knew what he was talking about. Ordered a part Thursday afternoon, picked it up Monday morning—no hassle. Price was fair, even with shipping and tax, and the part itself was in solid shape. Won’t hesitate to go back. ---

Called to follow up on a quote, had my number and everything ready. Got stuck on hold for 40 minutes straight, listening to the same recording over and over—*"We’re ringing your agent now, estimated wait time is one minute."* Never happened. Finally called back from another phone, and when I *finally* got someone, his computer was locked up. They transferred me to the "original agent," I left a message, and never heard back. Spending an extra $100 elsewhere to avoid this nightmare. ---

Bought a rear differential from the Hillsboro, Ohio yard for $933, picked it up, and it was damaged. Sent pictures to the guy I ordered from, and his solution? Either try to make it work and maybe get *some* money back, or they’d "try" to find another one. So I took apart my old one, made it fit, and now it’s got a weird vibration at 20-25 mph before it clears up. Texted them the whole story—no response. Absolute garbage, and I’m done with them.
