This place is a total scam. Not only did they give me the wrong part, but the one they *did* sell me had a hole in it—completely useless. I asked for a refund, and they acted like I was asking for the moon. They kept making excuses, saying they’d "try" to find another one, but it was clear they didn’t care. I get no-refund policies if the part works fine, but this? This was straight-up robbery. McCoy Auto Parts handled me right—no games, no excuses. These guys? Don’t bother.

I’m so done with this place. They kept changing the date the radiator would be in—first Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday afternoon. No one ever called to let me know, I had to keep checking in myself. Finally, on Tuesday, they said it was there, but only 30 minutes before closing. A whole week wasted just to get a part. Then I show up, and it’s the wrong one. Not even close. When I pointed it out, they tried to push store credit instead of a refund and acted like it was no big deal. The whole thing was a mess from start to finish.

Called them up looking for a 2004 Astro HVAC module. The guy on the phone? Couldn’t understand a word he said—just heavy breathing and mumbling. I asked him to repeat himself, and he lost it.
