The staff was friendly. When they handed me the entry receipt, it listed the cars we needed, so we didn’t waste time hunting around.

When I called to ask for fresh photos of a car listed in their app before making the long drive, it normally works without issues. This time the employee didn’t seem to care at all. I asked for them to just glance outside and confirm it’s still there, but they flat-out refused. I’d driven three hours and wanted to check first—customer service here needs improvement.

I’ve been here enough times to know this place has turned into a cash grab. I called specifically to ask about a steel rim, since I’ve seen them strip tires off cars to weld rims into stands for lifting vehicles. Even knowing that, the employee swore to me they leave the rims on the cars, just to get me to drive out and pay the $2 entry fee. It’s a scam, plain and simple. They’ll take your money for parts they’ve already repurposed or moved to the retail side. And their used parts cost 60-70% of retail prices with a warranty they won’t honor if the part fails. Years ago they were legit, now it’s all about the gate fee. Don’t trust anything they tell you over the phone.

Needed a tire for my older car and it’s tough getting around. Mr. Robert and a younger guy in the yard spotted me right away and walked me over. They even loaded the tire into my trunk for me. Real decent folks.
