Got a battery there with a 90-day warranty, but the first one they gave me had a dead cell. When I took it back they gave me another one, same problem, still under warranty, and they flat out refused to replace it or give me my money back.

Either they don’t test their parts before selling them or they just don’t care, because I ended up with a bad part that’s part of the steering system—something you can’t just slap in and out without hassle. I’ll shop somewhere else now. Had to spend hours taking it off my car, risking damage to other stuff, just to get a refund. What a waste of time and money.

Avoid this place completely. Bought a 2019 Jeep JL glovebox online that looked clean in the picture, only to find out it was all scuffed up, scratched, and worse—locked. When I called them out on it they acted like it wasn’t their problem. Just ridiculous. Don’t waste your time with them, especially if you need something that’s supposed to be in good shape.

Bought a couple parts from these guys, and they didn’t even fit my car. When I called them out on it, they just said their system must’ve messed up—like that’s supposed to make it okay. Then they hit me with a partial refund, like that’s some kind of win. Oh, and don’t even get me started on their “no returns” policy, which they conveniently forget to mention when you’re on the phone ordering. I sat on hold forever just to talk to the owner, and for what? Not worth the hassle. I’d rather drive 20 extra miles than deal with this place again.

My daughter paid $1,680 for an engine from these guys, then another $2,500 just to get it installed. Now they’re saying if she wants a different one, she’ll have to drop another $2,500 for the swap. That’s not how this should work. They’re just out to take your money and leave you stuck. I wouldn’t trust them with a used hubcap, let alone a major part. Stay far away. ---

Found exactly what I needed here, and the price was fair. I called a few other places first, but either they didn’t have the part or wanted way more. Late Model had it in stock, no extra fees, no nonsense. Simple as that. ---
