Rip helped me find the exact part I needed for my car without any trouble. I appreciate the good service.

Every time I buy something from these folks I come away happy and the price is fair. Those other reviewers who gripe that a part appears “in stock” but actually has to be ordered seem to forget salvage yards don’t keep every single item on the shelf.

I burned a tank of gas and half a day driving sixty miles just to learn they mixed up the left front fender with the right one. For them it’s probably nothing, but for me it was a long trip for nothing.

I drove ten hours round trip and still left empty-handed because the part I wanted wasn’t ready, even though I’d called ahead. They told me to come back the next day. On top of that, the computer still shows parts as available even when they’re out of stock. Save yourself the hassle—ask about the same thing three times before you go.

Got the doors I needed for my Ram from Metro Auto Salvage, and they were exactly what I was looking for—no surprises. The guys who helped me, Matt and Olmeda, knew their stuff and didn’t waste my time. Prices were solid, and the whole thing went way smoother than I expected. No headaches, just a quick in-and-out deal.

Ferdinand at Metro always makes it easy. Whether it’s finding the right part or just getting good advice, he’s got you covered. No hassle, no runaround—just solid service and parts that work. ---

The yard is spotless—like, *actually* clean, which is rare for these places. The staff knows their inventory, and they don’t waste your time. If you’re hauling a semi, the entrance and exit are wide open, no backing up or guessing games. Easy in, easy out, easy parts. ---

These guys saved me a ton of stress. My car was acting up, and I was dreading the repair, but they walked me through it like it was nothing. Super friendly, patient, and actually *helped* instead of just selling me parts. Wouldn’t have gotten through it without them. ---

Called Metro Salvage about an engine, and they made the whole process smooth. Even though I had to drive a ways to grab it, the engine was in perfect shape—just like they said. The place is clean, the staff knows their stuff, and they answered every question without making me feel like a nuisance. If I’m hunting for parts again, this is where I’m going. ---

Mike at Metro handled me like a pro—no upselling, no nonsense, just a fair price and the part I needed. Then the kid who loaded my stuff up actually *thanked me* for the business? That’s the kind of thing you don’t see much anymore. I’ll be back, no question.
