Skip this place entirely—it’s a total scam. They’ll straight-up lie about when parts arrive, what they actually have in stock, and even the mileage on engines. I’ve seen them sell the same transmission to multiple people, then pick who gets screwed over. After 10 years in auto repair, this is the worst salvage yard I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service? Nonexistent. Absolute garbage.

Didn’t check reviews before calling, but man, they deserve every bad word. Called about a part in their inventory, and some random guy picks up without even saying the business name. Asked about a truck bed they supposedly had—he said they didn’t. When I asked why it was still listed, all he said was, *"I don’t know."* Yeah, no. If you run a business this sloppy, you don’t get to act confused when people call you out.

I’d give this place half a star if I could. I own a 2013 CR-V and needed an engine, so I paid $1,400 to the owner. He had it shipped to my mechanic in Queens Village, but they sent the *wrong* motor. My mechanic took pictures to prove it, but when I asked for my money back, they refused. I told them I’d take it to News 12 if I had to—this is how you run a business? If you’re thinking about buying parts here, don’t. They’re not honest, and they go by two different names (Aalba Salvage and PnP Automotive). Avoid them completely.

Grabbed an ML350 engine from here, and it was a no-brainer. Dominick and the crew were cool, the engine fired up perfectly, and they even dropped it off at my house so I could swap it out in my garage. The whole thing went faster than I thought it would, and the motor’s running like it’s brand new.
